Oysters can taste delightful if you know how to cook them well. If you are new to making oysters at home, I recommend to buy cleaned and opened oysters and consume them the very same day. Today, I am sharing with you the recipe for easy, quick and flavorful Oyster Appetizer. I made these for anniversary celebrations of Anands and everyone love'em so much.

Live oysters (not opened) can stay good in refrigerator up to two days. If you planning to make this for a party, make sauce ahead of time and then either buy oysters already-opened the day of event or buy 1 day in advance and open oysters 1-2 hrs before event. Keep'em ready with sauce in refrigerator and bake'em just when guests start arriving.

This recipe is courtesy of my little bro who is also an excellent Chef. He is a seafood fanatic and expert in making traditional recipes from all over the world. I am planning to learn few of his tricks (and recipes of course) and will be sharing with you some seafood bonanza in coming months.

These succulent, sweet and sour oysters will burst in your mouth & will transport you to Asia. I'm hooked the taste of oysters since I tasted'em with this easy yet so scrumptious, garlicky, sweet and sour sauce.

Recipe will serve 4-6 people and it easily doubles if you planning to make a bigger batch. Try this and Enjoy!!

Bake'em for 5 minutes and serve immediately. Additional Notes: Handle oysters shells with care as they tend to heat up quickly.
